While Microsoft is the name on everybody’s lips (or eyes) today, there were a couple of other things announced today that we are here to tell you about. In today’s Gaming Daily, somebody released a hilarious commentary of an Uncharted knock off, subscription service has been dropped for The Elder Scrolls Online, and Fable Legends will be coming to Window’s 10 PCs.
YouTuber releases hilarious walkthrough of Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta.
No, this is not the Uncharted you are looking for. While this knockoff of Uncharted hit the web a while ago, YouTube user Videogamedunky released a video that has made everyone take a second look. If you’re looking for a good laugh and consider yourself a fan of the series, this one is definitely for you.
The biggest highlight of the video is clearly the new cover system. Drake can now shoot people without even looking! He also apparently can shoot backwards while riding on the back of a motorcycle and is immune to boulders. Naughty Dog should be taking notes.
Subscription is being dropped from The Elder Scrolls Online.
Well, it looks like the rumors are true. Following the elimination of the six month subscription option and the disappearance of the game from EB games shelves in Australia this month, Bethesda revealed today that The Elder Scrolls Online subscription service will cease once March rolls around. Just another thing to add to the list of news that surprises nobody.
While it won’t be entirely free, once you purchase the newly titled Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, you’ll be able to play the game as much as you want. You will also be given access to all of the updates that have hit the game since launch. If you already own TESO, don’t worry. Your account will automatically be updated to the new version.
ESO Plus memberships will also start rolling out and will be available in 30,90, and 180-day durations. Basically, according to Bethesda, the membership grants optional content like zones and quests. While access to the new content will be lost after your membership expires, you will be able to keep any items or rewards you scored along the way.
Fable Legends has been confirmed for Windows 10.
While we already knew Fable Legends was on the way exclusively for Xbox One, Lionhead Studios confirmed today during the Microsoft Windows 10 briefing that the game was also in development for Windows 10 PCs. It was also revealed that those who purchase the game on PC will be able to compete in cross-platform cooperative multiplayer with Xbox One players.
As of right now, neither the developer nor Microsoft the developer have hinted at when Fable Legends is set to hit PC. The Xbox One version however is slated to release sometime this year.
