Winter came into IMAX theaters across the land this weekend as HBO aired the final two episodes of Game of Thrones season four on The Wall-sized screens (and raked in $1.5 million), treating fans to a special preview of the upcoming fifth season afterwards. And now there’s even more Westerosi goodness: Telltale Games has just released a launch trailer for Game of Thrones Episode Two: The Lost Lords, the second episode in its critically acclaimed video game series based on the hit TV series/novels. Considering the next episode drops tomorrow, you’re probably going to want to turn all three of your eyes to the video below:
The trailer shows the Forrester family in dire straits, especially after the shocking ending of episode one, as enemies close in from all sides. With murder, mystery, intrigue, and a hearty helping of Jon Snow, The Lost Lords looks to carry on in the grim footsteps of its predecessor. It may look like a bit of a downer, but at least we’ll get to travel to King’s Landing, The Wall, Ironrath, and across the Narrow Sea to Yunkai.
You can read my review of episode one here. The Lost Lords is available for PC/Mac, PS4, and PS3 on February 3; Xbox One and Xbox 360 on February 4; and iOS and Android on February 5.
