Fear the Face-Meltingly Awesome GAME OF THRONES Hound Figure

Fear the Face-Meltingly Awesome GAME OF THRONES Hound Figure

When he was a boy and played with the wrong toy, young Sandor Clegane received a badly burned face at his brother’s hands as punishment. Now, he IS a toy…one that looks like he could come to life at any moment and do far worse than merely hurt your face.

Threezero Toys have really upped their game—their Game of Thrones, if you will. Prior releases of Ned Stark, Jon Snow, and Tyrion Lannister looked good, but they still looked like very good toys, and not the near-photorealism that Hot Toys regularly achieves. The Hound here is in a whole new league, with rooted hair that looks suitably unwashed, uncanny (or maybe we should say “McCanny”) resemblance to actor Rory McCann, armor that looks natural in all the basic poses (check out the full gallery below), and brutal burn scars that make you understand his sour disposition.

While you can order the Hound from Sideshow Collectibles and other online retailers, we suggest the Threezero store exclusive version for serious fans of the Game, since it comes with his hellish Hound helmet that is fully removable. Both versions come with extra weapons and a scabbard, but none comes with ale, so you’d best stock up before he gets to your door.

Arya in the mood for the companionship of Mr. Clegane? Do we need to Needle you any further? Or is the Stark reality that you need his protection over your toyroom beginning to set in? There’s no shame, shame, in commenting below to let us know.
