Cyber Monday: Nerdist’s 3rd Annual Holiday Gift Guide Giveaway

Happy Holidays! We’re officially past Thanksgiving, in the middle of Chanukah, and now in a final countdown toward Christmas, which means it’s time to get moving on getting your family and friends presents. If you want suggestions we’ve made guides for Whovians, Throners, comic books, movies, TV box sets & more. We even made a gift guide for people you barely know.  With all of these guides, we couldn’t help but get in the giving spirit ourselves. We’ve decided that we’re going to giveaway as much of what we included in our gift guides as we possibly can in one fell swoop. Break it up and consider your Christmas shopping done, keep everything for yourself, donate it all to charity, the choice is yours if you win this ginormous prize package. To enter for a chance to win this massive haul of prizes, jump down to the comments. Leave your name and email address, then tell us which prize in the gift guide you are most excited about.

Fans of DC comics have a lot to be happy for this year. The triumphant trio of Supergirl, Wonder Girl and Batgirl PVC figures from Super Best Friends Forever are being included. If you prefer a stop motion silhouette on your shelves, the Aardman Shorts DC Nation action figure set is right up your “Crime Alley.” (I’m not sorry.) Fans of holiday exclusives will also be happy to hear we’re giving away an Ame-Comi Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn Holiday 2-pack.

While many fans were trepidatious about Before Watchmen, we found a lot to like in the prequel series. Highlights include Darwyn Cooke’s Minute Men and Silk Spectre. Included in this years prize is an entire set of the prequel series in hardcover form. As Fables begins its march toward finality, we’re also throwing in a Fables Encyclopedia, Fairest In All the Land, and The Unwritten: Tommy Taylor and the Ship That Sank Twice. And for the traditional superhero lovers in the crowd, we’re giving Superman and Lois Lane 75th anniversary hardcovers.

I am blown away by everything, but mostly, the Mystery Science Theater 3000 25th Anniversary Edition.

  31. Andrew Kintz says:

The prize-pack I’m most excited about is without a doubt the Comic Book Edition. There’s so many amazing things in that pack but the main reason I want it is the Deathstroke statue. I’d go as far as to say Slade Wilson is my favorite character in comics, ever. Hero or villain, Deathstroke is #1 for me so I was really shocked when I seen the Kotobukiya in there. It’s so amazingly well-done, it’s.. just a dream. Deathstroke is entirely under-appreciated and I’ve always wanted that statue, it looks SO killer but I’ve just never had the money to afford it. It’s something I’d definitely keep for myself. However, some of the other things I may give out to make some other people’s Christmases a little more awesome. That Batman bust is just.. it’s literally insane, I mean I think I may actually throw up. It’s just, freaking crazy. I love it.

You really have a great list of comics in there and Swamp Thing would be an amazing Blu-ray to have. I started reading the New 52 version earlier in the year and it’s been really interesting and intriguing. The crossover with Animal Man was pretty awesome. I haven’t had the chance to get Man of Steel which sucks because it’s my favorite movie of the year (sorry, Thor) and I tried entering other contests before the Blu-ray came out but uh.. to no avail. It’s a film I’ve been wanting on Blu-ray since I saw it at the theater so.. it’d just be really great to have it.

This set is really well put together and whoever put it together really hit all the perfect strides. I can honestly say I don’t own a single thing in the set and there’s so many great things in it that I’d love to have. That Deathstroke statue gets me wet.. with perspiration, okay? Probably.. not.. what you were thinking. Perspiration. Congratulations to whoever wins and congratulations on whichever set you win and good luck to everybody that’s entered and that enters before the deadline. I hope whoever wins has an awesome Christmas and whoever isn’t fortunate enough to win, I hope they too have a killer Christmas.. or whatever it is they celebrate.

    Happy Holidays, you guys.

  32. Cindy Mojica says:

I want everything Doctor Who related!

  33. Christine Rivera says:

The Transformers! My grandsons would FLIP out!! The MST3K would be all mine 🙂

  34. Tanya Adamson says:

I would say the books… because reading is fundamental. Geordi told me.

  35. Taryn Matthews says:

They’re all such dope prizes! Maybe the SBFF trio? Or the Darth Vader business card holder?

  36. Glenn Ferren says:

Game of Thrones Stuff, but its all good!

  37. Ricky says:

    too good to be true!

  38. David Huerta says:

I’m excited about the Mystery Science Theater 3000: 25th Anniversary Edition.

Joel: What do you want for Christmas, Crow?
Crow T. Robot: I wanna decide who lives and who dies!

  39. Matt Webster says:

ummm pretty all the action movies and, anything and everything to do with Doctor Who

  41. Nixon Vicci says:

Game of Thrones all the way baby!!! Winter is almost here!

  42. Simon Black says:

If it was one thing it is Kotobukiya Hulk Classic Avengers “Marvel Comics” Fine Art Statue because HULK Is STRONG!

  43. Laura Sirikul says:

I would probably have to say New Who Complete Series 1-7 Blu-ray Set with Eleventh Doctor Sonic Screwdriver Universal Remote and Classic Who. WHO doesn’t love that stuff?!?!

    Best Christmas Ever.

  44. Michael Mentz says:

I’m really interested in the MST3K 25th edition box set and ALL the Doctor Who stuff.

  45. Traci Ramsey says:

All the GoT and Who stuff looks great but if I have to pick one I’ll go with the Doctor Who Blu-ray set

  46. Will Swain says:

i could see days and days of locking myself in a dark room and watching nothing but MST3K but there are sooo many awesome things here

  47. Phillip says:

Such a tough call! The thinking part of me wants the Watchmen prequel, but the fun-loving majority wants the MST3K pack. While they’re fighting it out, I’ll get back to work…

  48. Denise Embrey says:

Hmmm… choose only one… I would have to say the Doctor Who “Classic Who” titles. I love me the classics.

  49. Kristin Ashley says:

    Life size Batman Bust definitely!!!

  50. Amanda Belmares says:

I am all about the Doctor Who Universal Remote Sonic Screwdriver and The 25th Anniversary collection of MST3K and the Star Wars Black for the kiddo.
