Chris Hardwick Coming To Dallas June 11

Dallas? Why, yes, Chris Hardwick will be in you, bringing the Chaotic Good tour to your environs on June 11th. That’s a Saturday. The show’s at 7 pm Central at the Granada Theater, at 3524 Greenville Avenue, which is a few blocks south of Mockingbird Lane, where, as is common knowledge, the Munster family resided. it’s also pretty close to the SMU campus, so, like, everyone at SMU has no excuse. Nor do any other folks in the far-flung Metroplex, so get in the car and come on out.  A good time will be had by all. Hugs and chestbumps, too, maybe.

Tickets are on sale now, so click right here and buy ’em now.

  1. Scully says:

I just got back from vacation and turned on the new episode of Nerdist and heard that you were going to be in Dallas! I eagerly ran to my computer and ran through several extreme emotions almost instantly
Joy XD – Nerdist in Dallas!
Surprise O_o – The show is going to be on my birthday
Sadness Q_Q– I am currently scheduled to perform with Amber Does Dallas at A-kon during the same time ahhhhh!
Rage DX – Nooooo universe why did you conspire to schedule so many awesome things all on the same day.

To bad they couldn’t book you at A-kon too….?

I am currently programming my vortex manipulator and analyzing my time stream to figure out how to make this all work.

  2. Keenan says:

I’m thinking this event could use a tweetup.

  3. Ray Dickerson says:

Bought my tickets today! I’m getting little girl excited. Not … like … excited ABOUT little girls. Excited LIKE a little girl. Words not work good in my brain to come out.

  4. Alexis says:

If you could make it over to New Orleans this summer… that would be amazing! If not, I hope to see you at Comic-Con, but I would love to catch your show rather than just see ya as a moderator

  5. AJ says:

I’m dumb. VeronicaM forgive my fast fingers for not communicating with my slow brain. I meant to @KrisCynical. :hangs head in shame:

  6. AJ says:

@VeronicaM I’m doing both AKon AND the comedy show. After all Chris does encourage us to dress up for the shows. Just hang out at AKon all day then come out to the show that night. Cosplay/Costumes FTW! 🙂

  7. Keenan says:

I’ve been hoping for a Dallas stop on the Chaotic Good Tour. Here’s hoping Dallas knows how to properly dress for the occasion.

  8. Chris Hardwick says:

VeronicaM: Tell him I will give him extra birthday hugs and chestbumps!

Kris: Sorry about Akon. The comedy promoters aren’t really nerds so I have to take the dates they have available…

  9. Julio says:

While you’re down in Texas, why not come back to Austin?

I missed you during SXSW 🙁

  10. @MenashaCorp says:

Yeah – what @The_Nicktator said!! I’ll nerdsource, put flyers on windshields, go Banksy on walls all over the Ville!!! We want The Nerdist!!

  11. Richard says:

Still waiting on you to make it to Florida Chris. You don’t even have to come to Orlando, just make it to somewhere in the state and I’m there. I’m having Hardwick withdrawals since DirecTV canned G4 (fuckers).

  12. Walter says:

I guess that’s the closest you’ll get to North Louisiana. I’ll have to try and make it.

  13. VeronicaM says:

Quick quemment, how do you suggest I convince my fiancee to buy me tickets to the show, even though the show takes place on his birthday…..

  14. Ray Dickerson says:

If I drove from Bossier City, LA (3.5hrs) and brought you a gift, would that be weird? It’s the day after my birthday. Wouldn’t it be more appropriate for you to bring ME a present? I expect you to make it happen.

  15. KrisCynical says:

Whyyy did you have to come to Dallas on THAT weekend? A-kon 22 is that weekend and I bet a fair number of fellow nerds like myself can’t see you because of already being registered for the con. I’ve got an artist table, too, so I can’t leave. I’ve never looked at something on the computer and literally said “Noooooooooo!” out loud.

I definitely would have come to see your gig if it had been ANY other weekend during the summer. Your booking people suuuuck. : (

  16. @The_Nicktator says:

Chris, sir, please come to Louisville. According to the interwebs, you born here (no mention of where your brother Peter was born). It’s time to come home.

  17. Art says:

I’m totally there! Well done, sir…
