You’ve been thinking, well, yeah, I’d like to go to the Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo (C2E2), but I need one more reason before I buy that ticket.
Here’s your reason: Your ol’ pal Chris Hardwick will be conducting a Q&A session with Eliza Dushku and Tahmoh Penikett at C2E2. The stars of Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse will be talking to the star of the Nerdist Podcast on Saturday, March 19th in the IGN Theater at the show.
Even better, all three o’ them will be meeting, greeting, and signing autographs at the show — Chris will be at Table 3 in the Autographing Area on Friday, March 18th, and you can go see him and bask in the glow.
Now, the folks at C2E2 sent out a press release on this, and they included a quote from Chris, so I feel duty-bound to include it here. Read this in your best imitation-Hardwick voice:
“I am very pleased that C2E2 has fallen for my insidious plan of procuring my services as a panel moderator for the delightful humans known as Eliza Dushku and Tahmoh Penikett in order to strong-arm a weekend badge to the expo. Bwah-ha-ha-HAAAAAAAAA, and dare I add an additional ‘Mwah!'”
C2E2 is at McCormick Place, right over there by the lake, and it has panels on everything from The Walking Dead, True Blood, and The Vampire Diaries to “Food and Comics” (woth Rick Bayless, no less). You can get tickets and find out about the schedule at c2e2.com, so do that.
And don’t forget, Chris will also be appearing at Zanies in Chicago March 16-19, where he’ll be performing his celebrated comedy routines and such. You should go to that, too. Click here for tickets.
